Jennifer Huberty, Ph.D., is an Associate professor at Arizona State University in the College of Health Solutions and is an Adjunct professor of medicine at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine. Her research interests include physical activity adherence and lifestyle behavior change in women as well as the use of complementary approaches to improve health.

Equity and Inclusion Coach, Melia Dunn, has designed this 3-week Self-Care Series to help you assess your need for self-care and healing.  She brings proven approaches for self-care and community care and will empower you as you commit to a personal action plan for renewal and rejuvenation.

Each session is unique and offers tangible tools you can apply immediately to regain balance in your life and fuel your passion and impact in the world. Join us for a 1 hour gathering to learn the basics of mindfulness through meditation and discussion, led by Sheila from One Breath Studio.  Sheila is a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and the Founder of One Breath Studio.  She supports women in waking up to life.  Using a holistic approach, she guides women in cultivating practices of mindfulness, self-inquiry & insight, deep compassionate body listening, and radical self care through intention & boundary setting.
