Equity and Inclusion Coach, Melia Dunn, has designed this 3-week Self-Care Series to help you assess your need for self-care and healing. She brings proven approaches for self-care and community care and will empower you as you commit to a personal action plan for renewal and rejuvenation.
Each session is unique and offers tangible tools you can apply immediately to regain balance in your life and fuel your passion and impact in the world. Join us for one *or all three! Each week will bring a different agenda and tools that we can’t wait to share with you. *Participants who attend all three sessions will receive a free 1-hour coaching call with Melia Dunn to use themselves or gift to a friend.
